The directors of WALPOL Property Development spent much of their early lives in and around the Anzac Highway area. The location was, and still is, truly ‘15 minutes from everywhere!' Glenelg was our beach of choice.

As loyal Adelaide locals, we want to help others experience this magic by providing affordable accommodation in the area. With our backgrounds in Health, IT and Accounting and thanks to Adelaide’s projected growth in the next few decades, we have been able to use our varied expertise and experience to have a positive impact on the Adelaide skyline, by designing and building high-quality apartments in prime locations including Anzac Highway.
